Per-order fee
$0.30 per order when the order total is $10.00 or less, $0.40 when it is above $10.00. Charged once per order.
Standard (non-Store) rates. Not included: the reduced rate on the portion of an item above ~$7,500, eBay Store discounts, the international fee, Promoted Listings ad fees, and category exceptions (e.g. sneakers ≥ $150 at 8% with no per-order fee).
